WORLD BANK TO DONATE COMPUTERS TO YOUTH NGOs

Over the next twelve months, the World Bank Group, is donating its used computer systems through Gifts In Kind International to non-profit and non-governmental organizations in the countries in which the World Bank has facilities, and other countries in which significant need exists for technology.

Through this program the World Bank will assist nonprofits/NGOs with programs in the areas of education (K-12), job training, opportunities for youth, maternal and child health, adult literacy/mentoring, and other critical social community services. Organizations with nonprofit status in the country in which they are located, providing services in those categories are the types of organizations qualified to receive contributions.
